Vaithieis is a Legal Associate in the Family and Divorce Practice Group.
She is a member of the practice group listed in The Straits Times’ ranking of “Singapore’s Best Law Firms” under the field of Family Law in the 2024 edition.
Vaithieis specialises in all areas of family law, including but not limited to contentious and non-contentious divorce proceedings, maintenance for wives and children, division of matrimonial assets, family violence matters and cross border disputes such as child abduction matters.
She is passionate towards community law as it allows her to utilize her skills and knowledge to give back to the society by contributing to someone’s life in a meaningful way. She is empathetic and sensitive when dealing with her clients, and she strives to give her clients the best possible solution to their problems.
Vaithieis graduated from the University of Tasmania and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2021.
