Andy is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group. He specialises in representing clients in disputes arising from contractual matters, fiduciary duties, negligence, defamation, general asset recovery, probate, infringement of intellectual property and land law.
Andy has acted for the former shareholders and directors of Raffles Town Club; the Philippines Government in relation to the recovery of monies allegedly appropriated by the former President Marcos and his family; Business Software Alliance on a defamation suit; a leading producer of Australian television programmes and Nike International Ltd in intellectual property infringement suits.
Andy was ranked by Best Lawyers as Best Lawyers in Singapore for Sports Law in 2021-2023.
Andy is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1999.
