Gim Hong is a partner in our Real Estate Practice Group. She focuses on real estate transactions and securities. Her practice cuts across all aspects of real estate work including acquisition and disposal of properties by way of tender, auction and private treaty, mortgage financing and leasing of residential and commercial properties.
Her recent experience includes: the acquisition of commercial and industrial properties for small and medium enterprises and acting for major landlords and tenants in their negotiations and tenancies. Her clients include retail and institutional clients, multinational corporations and statutory boards. She handles subleases and leases for offices, retail malls, food courts, JTC properties, industrial properties and residential properties.
Gim Hong was called to the Singapore Bar in 1995. She also holds an ACCA qualification.
