Zane is an Associate in our Corporate and Financial Services practice group.
His practice areas include capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, funds as well as corporate regulatory and compliance.
While pursuing his Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at the National University of Singapore, Zane worked for a real estate private equity fund as an investment analyst.
He was also the Founding President of Alt+Law, a student-focused platform that explores the intersection between law and technology through a variety of collaborative initiatives to position students at the forefront of change.
Zane graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2022 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2023.
