Zhihao is an Of Counsel in our Corporate and Financial Services Practice Group. His main areas of practice include capital markets advisory, M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, and various aspects of general corporate commercial advisory.
Zhihao has extensive experience advising on a diverse range of corporate commercial issues ranging from corporate transactions to employment matters. Zhihao also has experience in the corporate secretarial space as he supervised a corporate secretarial service practice group for 2 years and acted as company secretary for numerous companies, including a company listed on the mainboard of the Singapore Stock Exchange. His clients vary from small medium enterprises to multi-national corporations in different industrial sectors, ranging from consumer goods to technology.
Zhihao obtained his LLB from the National University of Singapore in 2007 and is a member of the Singapore Bar.
