Andrea is an Of Counsel in the Litigation and Dispute Management group in the Singapore office and also works in the Construction and Engineering group.

Andrea handles a broad range of commercial disputes and contractual claims, with a focus on construction disputes, company and shareholders’ disputes, and employment disputes. Andrea has also advised and acted for both individuals and institutional creditors in debt recovery and enforcement proceedings. She has assisted in arbitration proceedings, as well as litigation at various levels of Singapore’s courts. Her recent work/ experience includes international commercial arbitration matters under the ICC and SIAC Rules.

In terms of construction-related disputes, Andrea has acted for employers, architects and contractors in court actions and arbitrations concerning issues such as delay, extension of time, liquidated damages, defective works and payment.

Andrea’s work also includes advising on non-contentious construction defects and rectification issues, employment issues, and applications under the Mental Capacity Act. She has also drafted and advised on commercial contracts such as guarantees, licence agreements, sale and purchase agreements and employment-related agreements.

Andrea is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and Singapore Academy of Law. She is also a volunteer with the Community Legal Clinics and Criminal Legal Aid Scheme. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2014.
