Mr Campos is a Partner at Harry Elias Partnership and has extensive experience in dispute resolution, having successfully represented clients in a wide range of civil, corporate, commercial, investment and construction disputes before the Singapore Court of Appeal and High Court, as well as in arbitration, adjudication and mediation.
He advises on a range of building and construction, and infrastructure projects in Singapore and the region, including construction and related front-end transactional documents, regulatory compliance, project management issues, and dispute resolution. He is an adjudicator on the Singapore Mediation Centre panel of adjudicators under the Building & Construction Industry Security of Payment Act and has been recognised by the Singapore Academy of Law as an Accredited Specialist in Building and Construction Law (Jan 2018 to Mar 2024). He obtained his law degree in 1991 from the National University of Singapore and became a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators in 2006. His vast experience in the practice is further backed by being a CFA charterholder since 2008.
Mr Campos has represented a diverse clientele, including multinational corporations, construction firms, developers, contractors, subcontractors and individuals involved in a range of building & construction disputes in arbitration proceedings under SIAC, ICC and ACICA. He has also represented clients under the International Arbitration Act and domestically under the Arbitration Act.
