Claudia is Head of the Corporate and Financial Services Practice Group in Singapore. Her main areas of practice are in corporate finance and M&A transactions throughout Asia. She has over 30 years’ experience in corporate and securities laws, advising on cross-border transactions in addition to initial public offerings on the Singapore Stock Exchange. Some of her complex deal structures have focused on various industries including healthcare and pharmaceuticals, digital assets, natural resources, lifestyle and real estate and construction. She also has extensive experience in investment funds, collective investment schemes and related regulatory and licensing requirements.
Before joining the Firm, Claudia practiced with a local law firm and an international law firm in Singapore. Prior to that, she lived and worked abroad for 12 years in both London and Hong Kong, advising on initial public offerings and compliance issues on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Claudia was recommended by various leading legal publications such as The Legal 500 Asia-Pacific and Asialaw Profiles. Most recently, IFLR1000 2024 recognised Claudia as a Highly Regarded Practitioner for Capital Markets: Equity and M&A in Singapore. She was described by Legal 500 Asia-Pacific as having “flexible, walk-the-extra-mile approach” and “always goes the extra mile”. Her Practice Group was ranked in the Asian Legal Business (ALB) M&A Guide from 2017 to 2024, as well as in both IFLR1000 Asia-Pacific and Asialaw Profiles from 2018 to 2024. Her team was also recognised in the Straits Times-Statista Singapore’s Best Law Firms from 2021 to 2023 and 2025. The practice group was previously ranked in the Legal 500 Asia-Pacific and Chambers Asia-Pacific. Claudia has been appointed as a director and vice-chair of Ren Ci Hospital & Medicare Centre, a Singapore charity healthcare institution, since 2018 and is also a member of the investment/governance & risk committee since 2013. She is also an independent member of the investment committee of the Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan and director of The Hokkien Foundation. Claudia was called to the Singapore Bar and is dually qualified as a barrister and a solicitor of England and Wales and is admitted to the Rolls of Solicitors of Hong Kong.
