The Singapore Mediation Lecture 2021, titled Freeze, Talk and Trade: 3 Principles of Dispute Resolution in Inter-State Disputes, will be delivered by Professor Kishore Mahbubani, Distinguished Fellow at the Asia Research Institute (ARI), National University of Singapore. The Lecture will be streamed live via Zoom and will commence at 3.30pm on 6 September 2021.
Prof Kishore Mahbubani will discuss both positive and negative case studies to demonstrate how the three principles of dispute resolution – Freeze, Talk and Trade, should be adopted to ameliorate, and even solve long-standing inter-state disputes.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of Singapore Mediation Lecture series. Singapore Mediation Lecture is also part of Singapore Convention Week 2021 organised by the Singapore Ministry of Law.
