Harry Elias Partnership is delighted to announce the promotion of 3 lawyers, with effect from 1 January 2024: Clement Yap (Family and Divorce) and Kok Yee Keong (Disputes) have been promoted to the position of Partner with the firm, while Eugene Chan (Family and Divorce) has been elevated to Of Counsel.
