Eversheds Harry Elias lawyers appointed as assessors under the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act by the Ministry of Law

We are delighted to announce that several of our lawyers have been appointed by the Ministry of Law to serve as assessors under the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act. The assessors were appointed to resolve disputes arising from the application of the Act. They will determine whether the inability to perform the contractual obligation(s) in question was due to COVID-19.
