Cherrilynn is a Senior Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Management Practice Group.

Cherrilynn specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration. She has experience in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious work involving various areas of law such as contracts, sale of goods and services, company (shareholder disputes etc), medical negligence, sanctions, employment and landlord-tenant.

Cherrilynn has appeared and represented clients at all levels of courts in Singapore, including the Court of Appeal.

Clients have described Cherrilynn to be “customer-oriented and flexible” (Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific 2024). Prior to joining Harry Elias Partnership, Cherrilynn worked in the litigation practice group at a leading international firm.

Cherrilynn graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2020 with a Second Class (Upper Division) Honours in Law. She also obtained a distinction in Civil Litigation Practice in the 2020 Part B Singapore Bar Examinations.

Cherrilynn was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2021. She is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
