In addition, Yap Wai Ming has joined the Firm as a Consultant from 6 January 2025. Wai Ming has been in legal practice since 1987 and is qualified to practice law in both Singapore and Malaysia. His practice encompasses corporate finance and advising corporates on debt capital–raising (including Islamic finance) transactions, fintech, digital asset–related matters, securities, and debt restructuring matters. He also advises on issues pertaining to the establishment of investment funds across a wide range of strategies, including private equity, venture capital, impact, and real estate.
