Eugene is a Senior Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group.

Eugene advises individuals and companies on a wide range of disputes including civil, commercial and criminal matters. Prior to joining Harry Elias Partnership LLP, Eugene worked in a leading international law firm and has represented clients both at the Supreme and State Courts level. 

Eugene graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Manchester in 2017 and a Master of Laws (International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution) from the National University of Singapore in 2020. He was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2019.
