Harry Elias Partnership’s Suressh and Kennedy Chen, participated in the acquisition of Strategic IP Information Pte Ltd and its group of companies (“SIPI Group”) by Authentix, Inc., as lawyers, and negotiations/strategic advisers to the SIPI Group’s majority shareholder, in a cross-border deal involving Singapore, India, the Peoples’ Republic of China and Hong Kong SAR, jurisdictions in which the SIPI Group has a presence in. The Harry Elias Partnership team had previously advised the SIPI Group on its M&A expansion within Asia including regulatory and corporate matters, and led this deal through to closing as drafting counsel, including leading negotiations where required.
