Eversheds Harry Elias Partner and Head of International Arbitration Francis Goh will be speaking on Monday, 5 August 2019 at the conference entitled “The Big Deal: Managing Disputes in Asia”. The Conference is organised by the Singapore Academy of Law, the Law Society of Singapore, the Singapore Corporate Counsel Association, and the Asia Business Law Institute.
Mr Goh will be participating in the session titled Keeping the Bargain: ADR Protocols and Mechanisms to Facilitate the Post-signing Implementation of a Deal. This session will explore the range of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available to help facilitate the implementation and enforcement of deals, however big or small.
